Selling products or services is the main aim of all the business companies. To make it well organized and problem free, the company appointed some sales person. Sales persons are ambassadors of a company to the customers. They dynamically promote the company and its products, services to the customers in order to capture the customer’s attention. They are normally the driving power of revenues. These employees have a direct contact on how the bazaar perceives their company and its products.

The sales people will keep up an importance on obtaining and maintaining customer relationships by sell the products or services to established customers or by building new customers within assigned area.

Details of Job Description and Duties for Sales Person:

1. Build up client base by encourages them to purchase products/service.
2. Reply customer queries considering the products/service and serves as point of contact.
3. Preserve high altitude of products/service and organization information.
4. Achieving the sales goals as set by organization
5. Attend organization sales meetings and trainings.
6. Hoping for new business, arranging and presenting offers and preserving existing customer’s relationships.
7. Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting to the organization management.


Skills and Abilities:
1. Constructive approach and Strong interpersonal skills.
2. Capability to manage time and prioritize various responsibilities.
3. Capacity to business deal with customers, vendors and all channels of distribution to review and explore situations.
4. Self motivated and capacity to shine with minimum supervision.
5. Capacity to prepare and submit effective offers to customer.


Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skill preferred.
2. Basic business direction knowledge, main account knowledge in a related business preferred.
